Our 1st Snow of the Season

Our first snow of the season brought half a foot of snow and caused school to close for the day. I don't know what the kids were more excited about, not going to school or playing in the snow. Dakota wasn't sure what to make of it at first but was soon running around like crazy. Andrew and Izzy threw snowballs at her too.

Our neighbor Janice even brought the kids some hot chocolate and let them borrow their sled. By the end of the day my entry way was covered in snow gear and water. Our next house will have a mud room on the list of things I would like to have.
